Design

Once we have met, visited the site and have come up with some rough ideas our design team will begin putting pen to paper. This is where the fun really starts. It’s your opportunity now to start honing in on the details. 

Our design team will start by taking all the needed field measurements and entering them into their database. Using the information that has been collected at this point, they will draft several ideas. These ideas will then be presented to you. With your approval, the design of your choice is then honed even further, you'll be given the opportunity to make amendments until you have the design that you’re happy with

Once we have an accepted design. The design will be turned into construction documents (blueprints) and we’ll be ready for permits and your remodeling project will be set to begin
