Meet Keith
Hey there, I’m Keith Underkofler, master craftsman and one-half of Wood.Stone.Steel, located in Coopersburg. Throughout the 1990s, I found myself working in a variety of trades including framing, electrical construction and more. At one point, I was working for an electrician who had a good number of jobs at custom homes and that’s when the lightbulb went off. I discovered that I enjoyed the finer end of home renovation and remodeling, with its attention to detail and keen design sense.
Upon this revelation, I began to take small jobs on my own whenever I could, eventually building up a solid portfolio and list of contacts. No matter what the job was, I set out to do it. Sure, I may not have always been an expert in the beginning, but I was always determined to learn and deliver exceptional results. If I wasn’t capable of a job, my ability to connect with other craftsmen took over and I would find someone in my list of contacts who could complete the job.
After 20+ years of “figuring it out”, Wood.Stone.Steel is the “project” I’m most proud of — and the one I’m happiest to leave “unfinished” forever.
