Generally speaking, there are typically three phases to beginning a remodeling project.
Phase one is a site meeting, reviewing the project, discussing general questions, determining a remodeling budget and possible timelines,
Phase two is meeting with the architect and or designer to review plans and get ideas on paper, a general discussion about the Construction Contract and reviewing a Letter Of Intent or a Construction Agreement
The third phase is the remodeling project itself. Now that all of the information has been collected and with the due diligence completed, the project can move forward. Construction documents will be completed, submissions will be made for permits and a production schedule can be developed and executed.
